EDubb – The High Lullaby

The melodic track produced by Track Officialz that will send you into a trance powered with the precision delivery of vocals create the perfect environment for this new single “The High Lullaby” off the upcoming album The Legends of the Fall from the Hip-Hop artists EDubb out of Atlanta, Ga. The lyrics speak about the addictions from bad habits metaphorically through the betrayal of a female. Listening to the song takes me back to early days of adding melodies to the music. It has a slowed down dirty south, midwest feel with exquisite ghostly overtures and a hypnotic hooks.  The versatility of the artists in their skills take the track to a new level reminding me a little of Bone, Thugs and Harmony.  I can feel myself soaring listening to this song. I’m Sliding down the boulevard top dropped, blazing and I don’t even smoke. In addition to the hot track the video is definitely on point. Director Donald Murphy II and Videographer Christopher Wilkes painted the perfect picture of the consequences of drugs and alcohol. The storyline with the angel of death creeping up on a girl mesmerized by her own addiction shows pure genius and creativity. Everything about this track screams “HIT.” I definitely cannot wait to see more from the group when their album drops next month.
